How does the list of Favorites work?
Your List of Favorites is like a bookmark system. It allows you to make a list of the people you find most interesting. Once you’ve put people on your List of Favorites, you can communicate with them through the SoulWeavers message system. You can put as many people on your list as you like, and you can remove them from your list at any time. (Only Premium Members can initiate contact with other Members.)
 What is the meaning of the rose?
We see the rose as a sweet symbol of curiosity, not a life time commitment.
Whenever you add someone to your List of Favorites, he or she automatically receives a virtual rose.
The rose and your SoulName appear on this person's List of Favorites.
Only Premium Members can send roses; all members can receive them.
How do I add someone to my List of Favorites?
Adding people to your List of Favorites is easy. (Only Premium Members are able to do this.)
After you have thoroughly browsed through your search results at the Search Result page,
- click the small box (or boxes) to the right of the profile/s that seem interesting, then
- click on the button that says, “Add Checked User to List of Favorites”
Note: To view a member's profile, click on their SoulName or the photo  icon to the right of the name. For a speedy glimpse into the soul of the member, try clicking on the “ ” and “ ” buttons.
How do I let someone know I’m interested in them?
Actually, as soon as you put someone on your List of Favorites, you will automatically pop up on their List of Favorites, with a little rose. We like to think of the rose as a sweet expression of curiosity, not a life-time commitment. (Only Premium Members are able to do this.)
How can I find someone if I want to reestablish contact?
Simply go to the Search Wide page, enter as much as the person’s information you can remember, and press “Send.”
What if a profile has disappeared from my List of Favorites?
There are a few of reasons why someone might disappear from your List of Favorites:
- he or she may have decided to stop using SoulWeavers for any number of reasons
- he or she may have blocked you (in which case the relationship probably wasn’t meant to be!)
How do I remove someone from my List of Favorites?
Removing people from your List of Favorites is easy.
- go to Soul Central and review your List of Favorites
- click the small box (or boxes) to the right of the profile/s that you’d like to remove
- click on the button at the bottom of the list saying, “Remove Checked User”
Is there a way to tell if I’m on someone else’s List of Favorites?
Yes, there is a way! If you find a new SoulName on your List of Favorites, accompanied by a little rose, you are someone else’s favorite! We like to think of the rose as a sweet expression of curiosity, not a life-time commitment.
How do I Search Wide?
Searching wide allows you to get instant results and to reach a greater number of people.
You can find the Search Wide function at your Soul Central page, beneath your List of Favorites.
You can search by gender, age, country, state, city and/or zip code.
Just make your choices with the pull down menus, fill out the fields, and press “Send.”
Your search results will appear immediately.
From there, you can decide who to add to your List of Favorites.
Why are there no results for my search?
It sounds like you’re searching with too narrow a scope. You may want to expand your criteria. Look at this as an opportunity to widen your horizons and invite surprise into your life. Perhaps there’s someone in another city or state, or with an unexpected quality, who is just right for you... Anything is possible, so don’t give up! : )
Wise Words About the Search Process...
Since relationship is far from a science, we encourage you to take the results of your search with a healthy grain of salt. As you’ve probably learned by now, people who “match” your conscious desires are not necessarily mates for your soul. It seems to find a kindred spirit, one must hold a vision for what one wants, yet paradoxically, hold that vision lightly.
At SoulWeavers, we encourage you to approach the search process with an open heart and open mind. Let your intuition be your guide. Let your heart lead you and your instincts protect you. Finally, keep your eyes open. It is important to remember that attraction is a complex phenomenon. Whether you are drawn to someone because of divine inspiration or an unconscious need to repeat an unhealthy pattern, it’s best to take your time. If it’s meant to be, there’s no hurry!
