How do I login?
Go to SoulWeavers’ home page, click on the "login" button, or click here. Enter your SoulName and password in the appropriate fields. Then click the “Login” button. That’s it!


What if I don’t have a SoulName and password?
If you don’t have a SoulName and a password, it’s time to become a Basic Member. The process is both painless and free! To sign up, click here.


What if I forgot my SoulName and password?
No problem. This happens all the time! Just enter your email address in the designated field on this page, and we’ll immediately send you an email containing your password and SoulName information. Or, click on the link "Forgotten your password?" in the Login section on the front page, and follow the instructions from there.

What if I’m told that SoulWeavers can’t find my SoulName, or that my password is wrong?
You’re probably just entering a different SoulName or password than the one you originally gave us. If you want us to send you copies of the originals, just enter your email address in the designated field on this page, and we’ll immediately send you an email containing the original information.

How do I login automatically?
For security reasons, we don’t have an automatic login system. However, you can make logging-in easier and quicker.

• When you log into the system, click on the link "My Profile."
  
• Then check the boxes: "Remember My SoulName at login" and "Remember My Password at login."

Warning: If others have access to your computer, or if you visit SoulWeavers via others’ computers, we recommend that you protect your privacy by not clicking the memory boxes, especially the password box.
